当您尝试在 Microsoft Outlook 中使用 Hotmail 时，您可能会收到以下错误消息之一：

解决方案
警告：注册表编辑器使用不当可导致严重问题，可能需要重新安装操作系统。Microsoft 不能保证您可以解决因注册表编辑器使用不当而导致的问题。使用注册表编辑器需要您自担风险。


请使用以下步骤来解决这一问题：
1. 单击“开始”，指向“搜索”或“查找”，单击“文件或文件夹”，然后找到并重命名以下文件：

Pstprx32.dll to Pstprx32.old
Outlph.dll to Outlph.old
Outlcm.dll to Outlcm.old


2. 单击“开始”，然后单击“运行”。
3. 在“打开”框中，键入 regedit。
4. 找到操作系统的以下注册表项：对于 Microsoft Windows NT 和 Microsoft Windows2000：
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\{current profile}\
对于 Microsoft Windows 9x 和 Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me)：
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\{current profile}\
您找到这些注册表项后，导出并删除对 Hotmail 个人文件夹 (.pst) 文件或 Hotmail 帐户设置的引用。

5. 关闭当前运行的所有 Microsoft Office 程序（Outlook 除外），检查是否禁用了所有的防病毒实用程序。
6. 从“Outlook 帮助”菜单中运行“检测并修复”，检查修复菜单中是否有“修复时恢复快捷方式”和“放弃自定义设置并恢复默认设置”选项。
7. 重新启动计算机，然后重新启动 Outlook。您会收到提示您设置电子邮件帐户的信息。
