Senior Test Engineer(10 resources)

Responsibilities:
1.Assist a Test Manager in development process,test planning,bug analysis,and coding intelling test automation systems.
2.Build test tools and test environments to improve productivity.
3.Take charge of ensuring the security and performance of the internet service.
4.Work closely with Program Manager to review feature design and examine testability.
5.Work with Software Design Engineers to do code reviews,isolate and debug problem areas.
6.Authoring, implementing and maintaining test plans and test case.
7.Specifying, implementing and measuring performance metrics.
8.Functional and ad-hoc testing, bug isolation and reporting.
9.Working with automated test tools.
10.Shipping enterprise-ready high-quality software.
11.Supporting external team
Requirements:
1.Must be committed to deliver products of the highest quality.
2.Should be proficient in coding in some of the following C++/C#/VB.NET,XML,ASP.NET and .NET framework.Experience with SQL Server,IIS,SOAP,and Windows Server 2003 is a plus.
3.Familiar with Microsoft products like Windows,Office,VS.NET,MS Project,MS SQL,IIS and etc.
4.Knowledge of testing process and logic is required.
5.English skill at level 4 . Excellent English in both oral and written. 6.Bachelor's Degree (CS or equivalent).
7.Experience testing computer software (1+ years of experience).
8.Experience testing or managing database (1+ years of experience).
9.Through knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows.
10.Experience (Silk, uTest or Purify Plus) to implement and execute automated testing.
11.Good problem solving skills, detail oriented.
12.Good written and oral communication skills.

Testing Leader(2 resources)

Responsibilities:
1.Lead a testing team with 10~20 persons, manage the testing process and balance the work distribution.
2.Act as the interface between test team and customer, prepare testing resource, set up testing team, and organize training for testing engineers.
3.More than 4 years working experience in a software company; with at least 3 year in Project Management or QA/Testing;
4.Perform and coordinate software testing activities on Apple、Microsoft、Unix、Linux system, including user Interface test according to test cases, Middleware and Concept Test, black box functional test.
5.Prepare test plan, produce test reports and check testing engineers’ reports.
6.Set up testing environment and testing process.
7.Inspire testing engineers and maintain a cooperative and cooperative atmosphere inside testing team.
8.Organize project review and other project management issues.
Requirements:
1.B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, outsourcing or other relevant field.
2.English skill at level 6 or better. Excellent English in both oral and written. Overseas experience is preferred.
3.Strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
4.Self-motivated and achievement oriented.
5.Be familiar with project management tools such as Project 2000 and error management tools.
