upon the following existing OMG technologies. Whether these
technologies are utilized or not, the submitters shall address
relationships to these OMG specifications in their proposals.

The HR-XML Consortium has produced Cross Process Object (CPO)
XML standards that define XML schema for entities such as a person’s
name, an address, etc.
