Contractors are not employees of IBM China,are employees of vendor companies.
Contractors can work with all products of IBM in tivoli department,but cannot work alone without the direction and supervision of regulars.
IBM doesn't prefer to give key and confidential works to contractor.
Contractors will never be promoted to a leader or manager.
