Hi! Folks,
Things just happen.Time to say goodbye to everyone.Thank you for your
warmhearted help during my probation.Though it is only a short period,I
have learnt a lot in the office.
But the import customer service department in shanghai is the worst you
can
ever imagine.The management and leading skill hardly show up in the
working
place.Here is something what I have experienced.
From scratch,I started my work with no phone,no PC and no
workstaion.Everything had to be obtained by sharing with someone
else,untill 17 days passed.And after that I was told not to do anything
,because she thought I was too slow to get things done .Now, a five-men
team is committed to the task which was assigned to me only and the work
is
partially subcontracted!How could a man do five-men's job with no office
equipments and deal with the ever changing SOP,still maintaining its
working speed?That is why I say she has no management skill.
It is on March 29th that the customer had an urgent cargo to deliver,but
our almighty top dog had already gone home and appointed no one to deal
with it.It was me who kept working all night and got the whole job
done.Guess what I heard after I reported the situation to her and asked
for
her cell number ,in case the same event should happen,I could contact her
for instructions?"Haggle over every ounce!What you think is your phone
compensation!What you want is to earn praise from others !..."she
snarled.She hit me with some words before like"what you've done is
futile."or"You've done nothing at all." and so on.I worked over-time for
more than 24hrs in the first half month only to find my effort to be one
of
you is futile,is worthless,is haggling over every ounce.But the very thing
I wanted to express is how I care for the job and my responsibility. If
she
had any leading skill that's to get people discouraged.

That's it.Bax will be a class A agent,but I don't think it will succeed by
employing some guinea pigs and letting the scapegoats take the
blame,whilst
probing the way through.
