When you go to a toilet to use the urinal - in a restaurant for example - why do Chinese guys feel the need to unbuckle their belts and lower their trousers and shorts/jockeys/whatever-they-wear, half way done their thighs and stand there looking proud for all the world to see with a cigarette hanging out their gob? It’s not as if they are slapping out a 2lb salami to syphon is it?
