Job Title: Program Manager

Position Summary
We are searching for a strong Program Manager in charge of the following kinds of tasks in China R&D center:

Process Development
Find out requirements of R&D process development and prioritize targets
Work out long term and short term development plan
Establish process development mechanism
Drive and coordinate all other functions together on process development
SW Program Management
Define and manage product and project requirements and manage changes.
Define, coordinate, track and manage schedules and milestones.
Adopt software development process & methodology for high quality target.
Synchronize project progress by clear communication across functional teams and across countries.
Manage local and global sub-contractors.
Identify and manage key risks and dependencies in order to move the team forward.
Plan and maintain the SW project budget for the product.
Deeply involve technical solutions

Along with the increasing complexity and scope of projects, program managers will have to adapt themselves to the following challenges:

Multi-interface to many of functional team, internal and external, and cross countries, going with a mass of dependencies, uncertainties and risks.
Moderate requirement changes due to rapidly changing environment.
Shorter and shorter product life cycle, higher and higher required quality.
Coordinating team to reach agreement / decision quickly and skillfully, especially for all kinds of confliction.
Seeking and leveraging all kinds resource reachable to improve efficiency and productivity

Required Knowledge and Skills

5+ years experience in software development with at least 3 years as project manager. International software product development experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge and practice at software development process & methodology, e.g. CMM
Requires BS degree, advanced degree desirable.
Strong background on up-to-date desktop (including web-based) software technologies
Familiar with project management tools.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills, excellent English verbal and written communication skills
