Position: Senior System Integration and Verification Engineer

Responsibilities & Main Tasks:
· Integrate hardware and software of different nodes to implement mobile radio nework , core network, IP Network
· Determine scope of different test and development activities and lead a team of engineers in an independent fashion

· Work closely with system engineering, development and test for smooth execution of projects
· Participate in the development of requirements for systems, tools and system level testing
· Conduct design and test reviews and take responsibility for quality in his/her area
· Run small projects end to end as technical lead

Required Skills:

· Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required with a minimum of 3 years of experience in telecom area

· Test, development or other R&D experience in mobile network infrastructure is required
· Strong understanding of mobile/Datacom system design and development principles and process
· Expert knowlegde and experience of mobile system technology and protocols in one or more of the following areas is requried: GSM, WCDMA, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA, IMS.

· Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas are required: ATM, SS7, TCP/IP, SIP.
· Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas are preffered: BICC, ISUP, MAP, H.248, IP security

· Experience with the following equiepment is preffered: MGTS, Nethawk, TEMS, K1205, K1297, ADTECH, TD-SCDMA and WCDMA handsets

· Knowledge of C/C++ and strong scripting skills is preferred
· Strong analytical skills are required
· Knowledge of basic UNIX operation is required
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required
· Planning, coordinating and leadership skills and experience are required

· Design and perform integration tests, debug node and system issues, verify compliance of interfaces and features

· Work in cross-functional team environment with Systems Engineering and System Development and participate in design, implementation and test reviews

· Drive quick resolution of the problems by coordinating the tests with H/W, S/W engineers and system design

Required Skills:

· Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required, MS preffered.
· Solid knowledge in Communications, Signaling Processing and Information Theory.
· Knowledge of radio newotk, mobile Circuit Switch /Packet Switch core and IMS network architecture
· Knowlegde of system technology and protocols in one or more of the following areas is requried: GSM/GPRS, WCDMA, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA, IMS.

· knowledge of Network management protocols (SNMP, CORBA, CMIP, UDP, TCP/IP) is required
· Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas are preffered: ATM, SS7, TCP/IP
· Experience with the following equiepment is preffered: MGTS, Nethawk, TEMS, K1205, K1297, ADTECH, TD-SCDMA handsets

· Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
· Knowledge of Perl/TCL and scripting skills is preferred
· Knowledge of basic UNIX operation is required
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required
· Strong teamwork skills
