帮朋友投广告，硅谷的一家创业公司，现在做得有些大了，趁中国发3G牌照的机会在拓展
中国市场。对手机视频有兴趣或者对3G有兴趣或者还没有找到工作的同学可以联系看看，

待遇的话，虽然没有明确写出来，年薪developer在15w左右，manager在25w以上。

职位要求可以比较灵活，公司会更看重能力和工作热情。

individuals to fill in the following engineering positions:

Engineering Manager (1 open)

Job description

* Member of a dynamic and world-class engineering team that makes the
world’s best mobile media applications
* Participate in every stage of an engineering project including
definition, design, implementation, quality assurance and post delivery
support.
* Lead a team of 6 to 10 developers in carrying out development projects
in mobile video and search, responsible for on-time and quality project
delivery
* Lead and train new developers
* Facilitate communication between US and China teams

Requirements

* BS or MS in computer science
* 2+ years of technical development experience in C++ and Java. Web and
mobile application development big pluses
* Experience in delivering projects that are deployed in real world
applications
* Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
* Accommodate business travel between China and US offices



Mobile Application Developer –Symbian and J2me (2 open)

Job description

* Member of a dynamic and world-class engineering team that makes the
world’s best mobile media applications
* Develop mobile media applications on Symbian and J2me platforms

Requirements

* BS or MS in computer science
* Solid knowledge and practice in algorithms, data structure and object
oriented design and practice
* Experience in Symbian and J2ME development
* Familiar with mobile applications
* Familiar with mobile application stores

Software Developer –customization and carrier integration (1 open)

Job description

* Member of a dynamic and world-class engineering team that makes the
world’s best mobile media applications
* Languageand regional customization development for a large scale
direct to consumer mobile
* Billing, messaging integration with international mobile carriers

Requirements

* BS or MS in computer science
* Solid knowledge and practice in algorithm, data structure and object
oriented design
* Experience in web application development, Java, Java script, xHTML
and AJAX
* Experience I18N and localization
* Good English reading and writing skills

Software Developer – content (1 open)

Job description

* Member of a dynamic and world-class engineering team that makes the
world’s best mobile media applications
* Manual and automated classification of user search terms
* Build large content index from international web sites for mobile
search and delivery

Requirements

* BS or MS in computer science
* Solid knowledge and practice in algorithm, data structure and object
oriented design
* Experience in machine learning and content claffication
* Knowledge and experience in Hadoop, Lucene and Internet search
* Good English reading and writing skills
