An European headquartered IT software company is looking for an experienced Virtualization Software Engineer –(Shenzhen based)

1. Client Company
Our client is a global leader in Cross Platform Virtualization solutions that allow owners of PDP, VAX and Alpha computers to continue to run their mission-critical applications -- unchanged on new industry standard computer systems.
Headquartered in Europe & with Asia headquarter in Hong Kong & a R & D center in Shenzhen, now it requires software engineers to join the ShenZhen engineering center to develop Cross Platform Virtualization products.
2. Position Profile

Job Responsibilities & Candidate profile

2) Knowledge in virtualization technologies.


3) Experience in hardware modelling in software (CPUs, Memory Controllers, Caches, TLBs, etc) as well as computer peripherals, frame buffers, etc.


4) Knowledge on RISC (SPARC) and CISC (X86) architectures.


5) Knowledge on SMP architectures.


6) Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming and design;


7) Knowledge on low level programming under Linux and Windows.


8) Knowledge of Solaris/SPARC operating system (a plus);
9) At least 3 years software development experience.


Other Skills:


Self-motivated person with the ability and willingness to learn on new technical challenges.

Good verbal and written skills in English.
