Title Quality Assurance Leader

Work Geography: Shanghai & Jinan, CHINA

Role Description:

Communicate with customer on project issue.


Provide advice/guidance to test team with respect to Automated Testing.


Oversee effective testing operations of project, including consulting, development, execution and enhancement/maintenance of project testing and quality assurance.


Develop standard framework and templates.


Interact with oversea partners and clients directly.


Sometimes to take conference call with overseas clients required.



Experience and Skills Required:

Degree in Computer Science or related majors.


Knowledge and skilled use of Mercury TestDirector, Mercury QuickTest
Professional, Mercury WinRunner, Mercury LoadRunner, Mercury SiteScope.


5+ years enterprise software testing work experience.


Strong English Communication (oral and written) skill must.


Extensive work experience in testing applications.


Comprehensive knowledge of test methodology.


Good understanding of Testing Life Cycle.


Ability to multi-tasking and a sense of urgency.


Software testing design experience in enterprise.


Mercury(LoadRunner / Quicktest / SEGUE) experience preferred.


Good Technical Document writing skill.


Good team worker and highly responsive and active person.
