Job Description:
- These individuals will be responsible for the testing/development of WebSphere Information Integrator OmniFind Edition, including creation, execution and automation of test cases, report product failures, defect analysis and triage, develop API tests, as well as providing input to improve processes to promote overall quality of the product.

Developers:
- Very strong Java/J2EE and c++ programming skills (5)
- Very strong OO Design & System Architecture skills (5)
- Very strong Web technologies (XML, HTTP, Web services, etc) (5)
- Consolidated knowledge of Unix and Windows OS (5)
- Knowledge of text search engines (4)
- Have experience of project management (3/4)
- Good to have experience in WebSphere Portal Server, Lotus Domino
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Team player, highly motivated, fast learner


QA:
- Strong java programming skills (important)
- Working knowledge of Unix (Solaris/Linux/AIX) and Windows Sytems (important)
- Programming experience in C++ (important)
- Knowledge of XML, HTTP, web services (preferred)
- Strong written & verbal communication skills. (basic)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. (basic)
- Team player, highly motivated, fast learner, strong people skills (basic)
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (nice to have)
- Experience in WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server, Lotus Domino (nice to have since we have a lot of integration with them)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree, majoring in Computer Science or related area
- Good communication skill and good teamwork
- Fast learning and self-motivated.
