Project Manager is responsible for managing new customer engagements including installation, design, integration, testing, configuration and production cut-over.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
" Must have 5 to 10 years of application development experience with J2EE or .NET. Candidates should be very hands on.

" Experience working with business owners to gather and prioritize business requirements.
" 5+ years of experience managing a team of developers, including the delegation of tasks and tracking of developer workload.

" Demonstrated ability to lead large scale software development projects to successful completion on time and on budget.

" Experience with project management methodologies, building and managing project plans, risk management, scheduling, estimating, etc.

" Experience with development methodologies such as SDLC and RUP.
" Ability to work with QA and Operations to schedule production support releases, coordinate utilization of QA environments, and ensure that appropriate business requirements are satisfactorily tested.

" Candidates should possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills as well as strong verbal and communication skills.

" Must demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams
" Must have PMP certification.
" Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred
" Must be authorized to work in the United States.
