Summary: Small program that tests if a given point is on a given line.
Description: Small program that draws an arbitrary line on a forms canvas. When the user clicks on the form, the program checks if the point clicked is actually on the drawn line and reports back to the user. Minimal code is used to implement to PointOnLine checking function.
