Summary: Small program that tests if a given point is inside a given polygon.
Description: Small program that draws an arbitrary polygon on a forms canvas. When the user clicks on the form, the program checks if the point clicked is actually inside the drawn polygon and reports back to the user. Minimal code is used to implement the PointInPolygon checking function.
