Over the first three months, you’ll enjoy intensive and comprehensive training to give you a sound understanding of the Bank, its market and its products which are essential to its success in China. Up to four weeks of training by Deutsche Bank’s internal trainers will give you the competitive skill and the understanding of our business you’ll need to succeed on the trading floor.

In addition, you’ll gain invaluable on-the-job experience through a tailored rotation program across different locations in Asia, functions and products in Global Markets. Uniquely designed to fit your individual experience, interest and background, this is the perfect grounding before you settle into a permanent position within the Bank’s Global Markets division. To be successful on the Global Markets New Professional Training Program and to make a positive impact across the institutional and corporate markets for Deutsche Bank you will be degree qualified and possess 2 to 5 years’ of proven business experience gained in China from a non-banking industry such as legal, accountancy, management consulting or insurance. Your excellent communication skills are complemented by your motivation to learn and thrive in a fast paced and challenging environment. As all positions in the Global Markets New Professional Training Program are based in China, you must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
