Following are the job description of the new resource required for Silver Carrot project:

1. Very good English communication skills.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft technologies.
3. At least 2 years of strong .NET design and programming expertise, especially on ASP.NET, Remoting, Windows Service programming (C#), and the more he/she knows about the details of .NET CLR, the better.
4. Conversant with DB programming on SQL Server 2000.
5. Hands-on technical resource with the ability to independently manage a team of 4 - 5 resources.
6. Good client management skills.
7. Willing to travel to the US on short assignments.
